Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. 

Forms of Payment

We Accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Gift Certificates, Venmo and Zelle. For payment of services. There is a 3.5% fee charge to all credit cards transactions. Any returned Checks (NSF) will be subject to a $35.00. Fee. (No out of State Checks Accepted). Prices may change without notice. Please inquire for current rates before scheduling a reservation.

Prepaid Packages 

To take advantage of the amazing price breaks on any package services, Payments MUST BE MADE IN FULL at the time of purchase. Packages and Promo deals will ALL EXPIRE 1 YEAR for 12 month or less packages and 2 YEARS for 24 month packages from the date of purchase; they must be used in the allowed time. 

Sessions may be transferred but are NOT refundable and every session must be used. There are NO roll over sessions or make up sessions on any of these visits. For additional questions (please refer to

Minors

If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian will need to accompany you and sign a Minor Consent/Release form. The parent or legal guardian may elect to be in the treatment room during the session. Minors under the age of 16 are required to have a parent or legal guardian in the treatment room during the entire session. No exceptions. A valid form of ID may be requested from young adults for the purpose of verification of age. Thank you for understanding.

Refunds

We are sorry, but there are NO refunds, or exchanges on services, Gift Certificates, Prepaid Packages, and Memberships NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Cell Phones 

We kindly ask that you turn off your mobile phones or electronic devices before you enter into your session.

Personal Items

Beaumont Massage Therapy is not responsible for lost items at any time. Please keep your valuables with you at all times, or better yet, please leave them at home.
